摘要 大型城市综合枢纽工程,普遍位于市中心区域,具有施工场地狭小、建筑功能多、涉及专业多、工期普遍紧张等特点。设备房结合"BIM+"机电预制化技术的应用,能大幅缩短设备房安装子项施工工期,并在降低施工安全风险的同时提高施工质量。该技术已被住建部列入《建筑业10项新技术(2017版)》,应用前景十分广阔。沙坪坝铁路枢纽项目在设备房预制的应用过程中,结合了多种新技术,采用工厂化的方式进行生产,大大提高了工效;机械化集中加工,加工环境好,更有利于成品质量管控,提高工程质量;专业要求高的预制加工工作均由专职人员负责,现场仅需吊装即可,现场切割、焊接作业大幅减少,同时也减少了高空作业和辅助设施架设。在铁路行业机电工厂预制化领域做出了有益的探索,为企业后续的推广应用积累经验。 The large-scale urban comprehensive hub project is generally located in the downtown area. It has the characteristics of narrow construction sites, multiple building functions, many professional issues, and generally tight construction schedules. The combination of the equipment room and the application of "BIM + " MEP prefabrication technology can significantly shorten the construction period of equipment room installation sub-items, and improve the construction quality while reducing construction safety risks. The technology has been listed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as 10 New Technology in Construction Projects (2017 version) , the application prospect is very broad. The Shapingba Railway Terminal Project has incorporated a variety of emerging technologies in the application of equipment room prefabrication. Combined with a variety of new technologies, the production efficiency is greatly improved by using the factory mode, which greatly improves the work efficiency. The mechanization concentrates the processing, and takes on good processing environment, it is more conducive to the quality control of the finished product, and the quality of the project is improved. The professional requirements are all responsible for the full-time staff, the site is only needed to be hoisted, and the field cutting and welding operations are greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the high-altitude work and auxiliary facilities erection are decreased. It has made useful explorations in the field of electromechanical plants prefabrication in railway industry, and could accumulate experiences for the further application of enterprises.
