从“二阳为卫”探讨左归丸对衰老所致肠稳态失衡的防治

Discussion on Prevention and Treatment Using Zuogui Pill(左归丸) in Imbalance of Intestinal Homeostasis Caused by Senility Based on “Eryang Weiwei(二阳为卫) ”

"二阳"指阳明,即大肠与胃之脉;"卫"即防御诸邪。"二阳为卫"即阳明具有御邪作用,基于对"二阳为卫"的认识,提出卫气的防御作用与机体免疫自稳态相通,衰老所致卫气失常与其肠稳态失衡的发生密切相关。认为肾虚是衰老所致肠稳态失衡的主要因素,因卫出于下焦,应从肾论治,补阴以治形,故补肾填精法为防治老年性肠稳态失衡的主要治法,左归丸为防治衰老所致肠稳态失衡的有效方剂。

＂Eryang＂（二阳） is yangming,which refers to the large intestine and stomach; ＂Wei＂（卫） means defensing evil. ＂Eryang Weiwei（二阳为卫） ＂means that yangming has the function of defensing evil. Based on the understanding of ＂Eryang Weiwei＂,it is proposed that the defensive effect of wei qi and the body＇ s immune selfsteady state are connected,and the qi dysfunction caused by aging is closely related to the occurrence of intestinal instability. It is believed that kidney deficiency is the main factor for the imbalance of intestinal homeostasis caused by aging. Because wei qi originates from lower jiao,it should be treated from the kidney and tonifying yin to cure.Therefore,the method of tonifying the kidney and filling the essence is the main treatment for preventing and controlling the imbalance of senile intestinal homeostasis. Zuogui Pill（左归丸） is an effective prescription for preventing intestinal homeostasis caused by aging.
