科技创新与新型城镇化的耦合关系及其时空分异研究——以“丝绸之路经济带”沿线九省市为例

A Research on the Coupling Relationship between Technological Innovation and New Urbanization and Its Differentiation of Time and Space:Taking 9 Provinces alongside the Silk and Road Economic Belt as an Example

该文基于"丝绸之路经济带"沿线九省市2005—2015年的面板数据,构建科技创新和新型城镇化评价指标体系,采用熵值法测度地区科技创新水平与新型城镇化水平,进而运用耦合协调度模型与空间计量模型研究科技创新与新型城镇化的耦合作用。结果表明:两者的耦合度水平在考察期内逐步上升,且逐步形成与地区经济发展相同步的空间分布特征;空间计量模型结果显示,科技创新系统中各变量对新型城镇化的影响均显著,其中R&D人员投入对新型城镇化的促进作用最为明显;新型城镇化系统中各变量对地区科技创新水平均有显著的影响,但社会新型城镇化对科技创新水平的提升作用并不显著。

Based on panel data of 9 Chinese provinces and cities along the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2005 to 2015, we aim to construct the evaluation index systems of science and technology innovation and of new urbanization and to use entropy method in measuring the levels of regional science and technology innovation and of new urbanization. Then we aim to use the coupling coordination degree model and spatial econometric model to study the coupling effect of science and technology innovation and of new urbanization. The results show that the coupling degree of the two levels gradually increased in the study period, gradually forming the spatial distribution characteristics in sync with regional economic development. Besides, the impact of various variables in the science and technology innovation system on new urbanization is significant. Among them, R ＆ D staff has the most obvious effect in promoting the new urbanization. In addition, the variables in the new urbanization system have a significant impact on the level of regional scientific and technological innovation. However, the new urbanization of society has no significant effect on the level of scientific and technological innovation.
