腹腔镜下肝切除患者全程优质护理的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of High Quality Nursing Care for Patients with Laparoscopic Hepatectomy

目的:探讨全程优质护理在腹腔镜下肝切除患者中的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年2月-2016年12月收治的100例腹腔镜下肝切除患者,按照随机数字法平均分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以全程优质护理。比较两组患者开始进食时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、平均住院天数、术后1周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及切口愈合情况。结果:研究组开始进食时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、平均住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1周VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组切口Ⅰ期愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05),切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理可促进患者快速康复,改善患者不良情绪,加速切口愈合,降低患者疼痛感及切口感染情况。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of whole-course high-quality nursing care in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy. Method：A total of 100 cases of laparoscopic hepatectomy from February 2011 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given the whole course of high quality nursing.The time of feeding,the first anus exhaust time,the time of the first step out of bed,the average length of hospitalization,the 1 week visual analogue scale（VAS）,the self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,the self rating depression scale（SDS） score and the healing of the incision were compared between the two groups.Result：The began eating time,the first anal exhaust time,the first time out of bed activities,the average length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The VAS,SAS and SDS scores of one week after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incision healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incision infection rate was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Whole course quality nursing can promote patients＇ quick recovery,improve patients＇ bad mood,accelerate incision healing,reduce pain and incision infection.
