摘要
随着我国教育和医疗技术水平的不断提高以及始终加强对外合作与交流,越来越多的医学留学生选择来华学习。虽然医学留学生全英文教学在当前我国医学生教育领域中已受到越来越多的重视,但是全英文教学仍处于起步阶段,其面临着如学生基础差、学习不积极主动,教师与学生沟通困难、教师专业性不强、教学模式单一等一系列亟待解决的问题。文章就我校临床医学专业留学生外科学教学中的一些体会进行整理,并针对性的提出如何保持良好的师生关系、提高教师的专业水平、开展多种教学模式等相关教学改革方案,以期为留学生全英文教学提供参考以及提高教学质量。
More and more international students have chosen to study in our country with the continuous improvent of the level of enducation and medical technology in China and the strengthen foreign cooperations and exchanges. Medical English teaching has received more and more attention of international students in the feld of medical education in China. However, English teaching is still in its infancy, it is faced with a series of urgent problems that need to be solved, such as poor student foundation, passive learning, poor professional and a single teaching model. This article collates some experiences in the teaching of international students of clinical medicine in our school, and proposes related teaching reform plans such as how to maintain a good teacher-student relationship, improve the professional level of teachers, and a variety of teaching modes in order to provide a reference for international students in English teaching and improve teaching quality.
