连翘在手足口病中的应用

Application of FRUCTUS FORSYTHIAE in Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的探讨连翘在手足口病治疗中发挥的关键作用。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)检索近五年中医治疗手足口病的文献,筛选出运用中医方药治疗的40篇论文,通过Excel2007统计药物使用频率,从复方、药对以及单药的角度出发探讨手足口病治疗中的关键药物。结果连翘是治疗手足口病的高频次用药,常与金银花、生石膏、淡竹叶、黄芩相配伍,组成银翘散、甘露消毒丹等复方,临床上取得了较好的疗效。结论连翘在手足口病治疗中贯穿全程,发挥着举足轻重的作用。

Objective To explore the key role of Forsythia suspensa in the treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease（ HFMD）.Methods By Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI） retrieval about the literature of TCM treatment of HFMD in nearly five years to screen 40 papers about Chinese traditional medicine therapies. Then through the Excel2007 to count herb use frequency statistics and from the perspective of compounds,pairs and single agent to explore the key of traditional treatments. Results Forsythia suspensa is frequently used to treat HFMD,and mainly associated with honeysuckle,gypsum,lophatherum gracile and scutellaria baicalensis to compose the compounds such as Yinqiao powder and ganlu xiaodu micropills. Conclusion Forsythia suspensa plays an important role on the treatment of HFMD through the whole procedure,hence,it can be promoted the use in clinic.
