摘要
目的研究不同视听觉引导下的运动皮层活跃度,以期找到能更有效增强运动想象皮层活跃度的视听觉辅助方式。方法以事件相关去同步/事件相关同步(event related desynchronization/event related synchronization,ERD/ERS)现象出现的神经机制和μ节律是由运动皮层产生为依据,选择μ节律的时域和频域ERD值作为运动皮层活跃测度,对不同视听觉引导下的运动皮层活跃度进行分析。结果μ节律时域和频域ERD值均为:视听觉联合引导组>视觉引导组>语音指令引导组>简单提示音引导组。结论视听觉联合引导下运动皮层的活跃度最高,视觉引导次之,语音指令引导较低,简单提示音引导最低;而且视觉对皮层活跃度的影响大于听觉对皮层活跃度的影响。
Objective To study the motor cortex activity under different audiovisual guidance,thus to find the audiovisual auxiliary mode that can more effectively enhance the motor cortex activity. Methods According to the neural mechanism emerging in event related desynchronization/event related synchronization( ERD/ERS)phenomenon and the μ rhythm produced by the motor cortex,μ rhythm time and frequency domain ERD values were chosen as the motor cortex activity measures to analyze the motor cortex activity under different audiovisual guidance. Results The μ rhythm time and the frequency domain ERD values of those sets both had the following trend: audiovisual joint guidance set 〉visual guidance set 〉voice command guidance set simple hint sound guidance set. Conclusion The motor cortex activity under the audiovisual joint guidance was the highest,the visual guidance was the second,the voice command guidance was a little lower and the simple hint sound guidance was the lowest; and the effect of vision on cortex activity was greater than the effect of audition on cortex activity.
