腹腔镜腹膜外高位结扎术与传统开放手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled trial of laparoscopic and traditional open extraperitoneal high ligation surgery in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia

目的:分析腹腔镜腹膜外高位结扎术与传统开放手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月至2017年3月收治的96例腹股沟疝患儿,随机纳入观察组(n=48)与对照组(n=48),对照组行传统开放手术,观察组行腹腔镜手术。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度、自主活动时间、术后排气时间、住院时间、疼痛评分及并发症发生率(6.25%vs. 22.92%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统手术相比,腹腔镜手术微创优势明显,不仅手术时间、术后恢复时间缩短,而且术后并发症减少,手术安全性及疗效较好。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional open extraperitoneal high ligation surgery in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia.Methods ：Ninely-six children with inguinal hernia from Aug.2014 to Mar.2017 were enrolled, ran- domly divided into the experimental group （ n = 48 ） with laparoscopic operation and control group （ n = 48 ） with traditional open operation.Results ： The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, incision length, the time of locomotor activity, postoperative exhaust time, hos- pital stay,pain scores and complication rate （6.25% vs. 22.92% ） in experimental group were superior to those in control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Compared with traditional surgery, laparoscopic surgery has obviously mini-invasive advantages, such as shorler operation time and recovery time,lower incidence of postoperative complications,better safety and effectiveness.
