摘要
针对返波管放大器的工作特点,介绍了一种输出电压调节范围宽、输出电压纹波参数小、输出功率高的新型开关电源的设计方案,给出了主电路的拓扑结构和控制方式,深入分析了线性稳压电路工作原理,并利用Multisim软件对稳压系统进行仿真。仿真实验结果和样机测试数据表明采用固定占空比和线性稳压技术相结合的方式能在很大程度上减少输出纹波,使电源具有宽调节范围、高效率和低纹波等特点,满足返波管放大器的要求。
Considering the features of the backward wave oscillator(BWO),a novel type of switch power supply with characteristic of wide voltage regulation range,low voltage output ripple and high output power is designed in this paper.The topological structure and control mode of the main circuit are introduced,and the working principle of the linear voltage stabilizing circuit is analyzed in depth by performing simulations with software MULTISIM.The experimental data,in good agreement with the simulated results,shows that the fixed duty ratio and linear regulator technology can greatly reduce the ripple,and can make the power supply have wide voltage regulation range,higher conversion efficiency and lower ripple voltage.We suggest that the newly-designed switch power supply may work well to power the BWO.
