摘要
目的观察复方牛磺酸滴眼液对肠系膜微循环障碍和抗眼过敏作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射乌拉坦1. 25 g/kg麻醉,空肠滴加肾上腺素0. 03 m L(0. 015 mg),记录滴药后至毛细血管中血液开始流动的时间变化情况。大鼠腹腔注射卵清蛋白磷酸盐缓冲液1 m L免疫,鼠尾静脉注射偶氮蓝溶液1 m L,于攻击前3 h开始给药,每30 min 1次,每次滴0. 05 m L,共滴眼4次;攻击后30 min,采用紫外分光光度计620 nm波长处比色,观察各剂量对偶氮蓝渗出量的影响。结果各给药组微循环恢复时间缩短至1. 18~2. 03 min,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0. 05),且作用明显强于萘扑维组(P <0. 05);对偶氮蓝渗出量抑制率为24. 3%~59. 1%,与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P <0. 05),且大剂量组作用明显强于萘扑维组(P <0. 01)。结论复方牛磺酸滴眼液具有改善小鼠微循环障碍的作用,具有明显的抗眼过敏作用。
Objective To allergy effect. Methods observe the effect of The mice were given - ocular 03 mL (0. 015 mg), the change of the time that the blood began to flow in the capillaries after dropping the medicine was recorded. The rats was given intraperitoneal injection of egg albumin phosphate buffer 1 mL for immunity, the rats were given 1 mL of azo blue solution by tail vein injection at 3 h before the attack, once every 30 min, 0. 05 mL each time, 4 times in total. 30 rain after the attack, the effect of various doses on azo blue seepage quantity was detected and observed on the UV spectrophotometer at 620 nm. Results The recovery time of the microcirculation in each drug group was shortened to 1.18-2. 03 rain, which was significantly different from those in the blank control group(P 〈 0.05), the effect was better than that of Naphthalene Eye Drop group(P 〈 0.05). The inhibition rate of azo blue exudation was 24. 3% -59.1% in each drug group, which was significantly different from those in the blank control group(P 〈 0.05), the effect of the high dose group was significantly better than that of Naphthalene Eye Drop group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compound Taurine Eye Drop has the effect of improving microcirculation disorder in mice, and has obvious anti-ocular allergy effect.
