摘要
实测研究了广州地区居民住宅的实际室内空气污染状况,选取样本为装修后且经充分晾晒的住宅,该类住宅的室内环境状况代表了大多数居民住户正常的起居生活环境。通过分析实测数据,及与国内外相关标准的比对,研究发现主要污染物的实际浓度要远远低于相关标准的限值,不宜采用国家相关标准的限值来直接评价住宅的实际空气品质状况。基于样本数据分析,提出室内空气污染物的"健康控制值"体系,可用于评价住宅的实际空气品质状况。
The indoor air pollution of residential buildings in Guangzhou is studied, selecting thedecorated and fully aired houses for specimens because the indoor environmental conditions of these housesrepresents the normal living environment of residents. Through the analysis of the measured data, andcomparing with the domestic and foreign relevant standards, the study found that the actual concentrationof major pollutants is obviously lower than the limit values of the standards mentioned above. So it,s notproper to use these limit values of the standard to evaluate the actual air quality status of residentialhouses. Based on the analysis above, this study proposes a “ healthy controlling value ” system forevaluating the actual indoor air pollution level of residential buildings.
