摘要 动力电机控制器作为新能源汽车动力系统的核心部件,对整车安全关系重大。硬件功能安全是控制器功能安全的基础和保障。本文基于自主开发的永磁同步电机控制器硬件,详细阐述了符合ISO 26262和VDA E-Gas安全监控思想的电机控制器硬件功能安全需求及其开发过程,在该安全机制指导下开发的电机控制器硬件运行可靠、稳定。 E-Motor control system, as the core powertrain system of new energyvehicles, has important impact on vehicle functional safety. Hardware functional safety is the foundation and safeguard of the e-motor control system. This paper gives a detailed explanation with regard to development process of hardware safety requirement based on the independently developed permanent magnet synchronous motor controller hardware, which conforms to ISO26262 and VDA E-Gas safety monitoring concept. The hardware of the e-motor control system has reliable and stable operation under the guidance of the safety requirement mentioned above.
