《金匮要略》产后病的“治未病”诊治思维探析

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber based on the principle of “preventive treatment of disease”

运用《金匮要略》中明确提出的"治未病"原则,以《金匮要略》产后病为对象,以"已病"分析与"未病"分析为框架,分析产后病的诊治决策思维步骤。在治则治法方面,《金匮要略》依据"治未病"原则,根据需要灵活运用攻补,并无绝对的偏重。通过《金匮要略》"治未病"原则分析产后病能较大可能减少认知误差,更真实地还原经典原始含义,接近张仲景的诊治思维过程。该治疗思路值得深入探究,以指导临床,提高疗效。

With the principle of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,take＂already sick＂analysis and＂premorbid＂analysis as the framework,this paper analyses the thinking steps of diagnosis and treatment thought of postpartum disease. On treatment method and principle,according to preventive treatment of disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,reinforcement and elimination in combination is used flexibly. Based on the principle of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂in Synopsis of Golden Chamber to analyze postpartum disease could be more likely to reduce cognitive errors,and restore the classical original meaning,which is close to Zhang Zhongjing＇s diagnosis and treatment thinking process.This idea is worth exploring deeply to guide clinical practice and improve curative effect
