摘要
本研究对中山大学附属第一医院培训的285位住院医师进行问卷调查,73.33%曾接受过医学人文相关内容的培训;62.80%认为自身人文素养有欠缺;91.57%自认为对医学人文的学习投入不足;84.21%希望通过对人文内容的进一步学习,来提高自身的人文知识和素养水平;40.0%对当前医学人文教育状况总体评价为一般。住院医师普遍认为当前加强医学人文教育,应在课程体系、课程内容、课程开展形式、实践课程和评估评价体系等方面改革。调查显示,医学人文素养的培训可通过多样化且有效的形式来完成,以此不断提升住院医师的医学人文素养,是住院医师规范化培训中不可忽视的重要内容。
In this study, the residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were investigated by questionnaires and 285 residents completed the survey. The survey showed that 73.33% of the residents had received medical humanities related training; 62.80% of the residents believe their humanistic quality is insufficient; 91.57% of residents believe they did not devote enough time to the medical humanities; 84.21% of the residents hope to further understanding of the medical humanities content, improve their humanistic knowledge and literacy; 40.00% of the residents are not satisfied with current medical humanities education. In order to strengthen medical humanities education, curriculum system, curriculum content, curriculum development form, practice course and evaluation system should be reformed. The investigation shows that strengthening the training of residents' medical humanities qualityand improving the humanistic quality of residents through diversified and effective forms is an important content that can not be ignored in resident standardized training.
