背景干扰效应在足球接球动作技能教学中的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以实验法为主要研究方法,以足球胸部接球动作技能作为学习任务,选取某大学足球专修班的33名学生为研究参与者,分成对照组和两个实验组,进行8周的体育教学现场实验,对一周后保持测试的技评成绩进行单因素方差分析。对初学者在足球接球动作技能学习过程中是否存在背景干扰效应进行实验研究,并分析原因,探讨足球接球动作技能教学过程中的高效练习组织形式。实验结果:3组之间保持测试的技评成绩均值在0.05水平上差异不具有显著性。得出结论:1.实验结果未能验证本研究提出的研究假设和背景干扰效应假说;2.在自然的足球胸部接球动作技能学习过程中,初学者没有出现背景干扰效应;3.足球胸部接球的高效练习组织形式是中等背景干扰的递进变化练习。 Taking experimental method as the main research method,receive the ball as a learning task,select 33 students who major in football as study participants in a college,they were divided into control group and experimental group two,sports teaching field experiments for 10 weeks,to maintain a week after the test standard and evaluation results of single factor analysis of variance. The experiment verify contextual interference effect in the process of receiving learning for the beginners,and analyze the reasons,discuss which is the best of practice organization form in the process of teaching. Results: there was no significant difference between the three groups in the technical evaluation at the level of 0. 05. Conclusion: 1 in this study,the experimental results failed to show contextual interference effect in this study and failed to verify the research hypothesis. 2 There is no contextual interference effect for beginners in the learning process of natural soccer chest catching skills. 3 The efficient organization form of soccer chest catching is the progressive change practice of medium contextual interference.
