麒麟丸联合子宫内膜微刺激对薄型子宫内膜治疗疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Qilin pills combined with endometrial micro stimulation in the treatment of thin endometrium

目的:探讨麒麟丸联合子宫内膜微刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年7月济南市第五人民医院生殖科收治的51个周期的临床资料作为研究对象,根据内膜准备方案分为麒麟丸联合子宫内膜微刺激组(27例)和单纯子宫内膜微刺激组(24例),两组患者治疗期间均排除男性不育因素。结果:两组患者临床基本资料比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜容积≥2ml比率及内膜下血流III型比率麒麟丸口服+子宫内膜微刺激组高于单纯子宫内膜微刺激组,其差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),流产率前者低于后者,其差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:麒麟丸联合子宫内膜微刺激组治疗薄型子宫内膜可明显改善子宫内膜血流,降低流产率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qilin pills combined with endometrial micro stimulation in the treatment of thin endometrium. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 51 cycles of the 5 th People＇s Hospital of Ji＇nan from January 2015 to July 2016 was conducted. According to the endometrial preparation scheme,the patients were divided into Qilin pills combined with endometrial micro stimulation group （27 cases） and simple endometrial micro stimulation group （24 cases）. Male infertility factors were excluded from the two groups during treatment. Results： Difference in the clinical data,pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness was not statistically significant between the two groups （P〉 0. 05）. The ratio of endometrial volume ≥2 ml and subendometrial blood type III ratio in the Qilin pills combined with endometrial micro stimulation group was higher than that in simple endometrial micro stimulation group,with statistically significant difference （P〈 0. 05）,and abortion rate of the former was lower than the latter,with statistical significant difference （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Treatment of thin endometrium with Qilin pills combined with endometrial micro stimulation can significantly improve endometrial blood flow and reduce the rate of miscarriage,which is worthy of clinical application.
