摘要
居民受教育水平是影响新型城镇化发展的重要指标,本文首先分析新疆总体居民教育现状以及各地州居民教育现状;然后,基于新疆2000-2016年的时间序列数据构建新型城镇化评价指标体系,利用熵权法对新疆的新型城镇化水平进行测度;并选取利用熵权法计算得到的新型城镇化综合得分为被解释变量,居民的受教育水平,即大学学历、中学学历、小学学历,作为解释变量建立回归模型,并对模型进行协整检验和回归分析。结果表明:第一,通过协整检验得出,新疆居民受教育水平与新型城镇化水平有长期稳定的关系;第二,通过回归分析发现,居民的学历水平越高越能促进新疆新型城镇化水平的提高,大学学历人数每增加1%,新型城镇化水平平均提高1.5035%;初中学历人数增加1%,新型城镇化水平平均提高0.6103%。
The education level of residents is an important indicator that affects the development of new urbanization. This paper first analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang residents' education and the status quo of education among residents in various regions. Then, based on the time series data of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2016, the new urbanization evaluation index system is constructed. The entropy weight method is used to measure the new urbanization level in Xinjiang. The new urbanization comprehensive score calculated by the entropy weight method is selected as the explanatory variable and the education level of the residents, the university education, middle school education, and primary school education, are used as the variables to establish a regression model and perform co-integration and regression analysis on the model. The results show that: Firstly, through the co-integration test, the education level of Xinjiang residents has a long-term stable relationship with the level of new urbanization. Secondly, through regression analysis, it is found that the higher the level of education of residents, the higher the level of new urbanization in Xinjiang can be improved. For every 1% increase in the number of university graduates, the level of new urbanization increases by an average of 1.5035%;The number of .junior high school students increased by 1%, and the level of new urbanization increased by an average of 0.6103%.
