公共服务供给侧结构性改革是回应党的十九大提出的＂发展为了人民＂的理念,顺应了我国经济社会的发展趋势和我国主要矛盾的变化。本文从宏观和微观两个视角剖析了公共服务供给侧结构性改革的内涵,分析了公共服务供给侧结构性改革的学术价值和应用价值,指出新时代公共服务供给侧结构性改革的理念和路径。

The reform of the supply-side structural reform is respond to the idea of ＂the development for people＂ from The 19 th National Congress of the CPC,and it conforms to the development trend of economy and so-ciety and the change of major contradictions.We analyzed the definition of the supply-side structural re-form,and explored the academic and application values of the supply-side structural reform by macroscopic and microscopic views,and point out the the ideas and ways of the supply-side structural reform.
