城市气候图研究及其在我国规划体系中的应用

Research on the Urban Climatic Map and the Application of Urban Planning System in China

城市的发展导致气候和环境的日益恶化,城市气候图将气候学与城市规划联系起来,在城市规划的全过程严密考虑气候因素和城市规划要素的综合影响,把城市建设对城市气候的影响提到空前高度来应对气候变化。该文对城市气候图的研究历程、绘制方法、技术发展、规划应用等方面进行梳理,基于我国城市规划的编制实施体系建立城市气候图的应用研究框架,以期在我国各级城市规划系统中同步纳入气候信息,有效地指导城市的规划和建设,利用城市规划和城市设计的策略来改善和缓解城市气候问题。

The development of the city leads to the deterioration of climate and environment. For dealing with climate change, the urban climatic map combines climatology and urban planning, considers the comprehensive effects of meteorological factors and elements of urban planning in the whole urban planning process. In this article we study on the urban climate map＇s diagram, drawing system, technology development, planning application and so on, using climatic information to guide the urban planning and construction in our urban planning system effectively, with the purpose of protecting climate and alleviating climate change.
