摘要
分子生物学实验技术是进行分子生物学研究的重要手段,因此,在本科教学中,分子生物学实验教学与理论教学处于同等重要的地位。针对本科生学习分子生物学实验的主动性和积极性普遍较低的现象,从教学方式、教学内容、实验课程考核等方面对分子生物学实验课程教学进行了改革与探索,强化了学生的分子生物学实验技能的训练,在一定程度上提高了分子生物学实验教学质量,增强了学生分析问题和解决问题等综合能力。
The technique of molecular biology is an important means in molecular biology research. Therefore, molecular biology experiment teaching is as important as theoretical teaching for undergraduate in higher education. In view of the students learning initiative and enthusiasm was very low, this paper focused on reforming teaching modes, optimizing the experiment teaching content and exploring the student assessment method in molecular biology experimental teaching for undergraduate. It showed that students′ experimental skills were strengthened after practice. Meanwhile, the quality of molecular biology experiment teaching was improved to a certain extent and further fostered undergraduates’ comprehensive abilities of analyzing and solving problems.
