摘要
针对某钢厂RH精炼装置中真空槽上口处密封件更换频繁、真空槽下料口隔热接头翻板阀回转轴经常卡死造成处理中断等问题,本文提出真空槽上口处密封件阶梯形支口结构方式和带冷却的截止型隔热接头的改进方案。改造后提高了RH设备的稳定性,大大降低了生产故障率,有效地节约生产和备件成本。
It existed two problems in one plant, one is frequent replacement of seals at the upper mouth of the vacuum tank, and the other one is rewind shaft of vacuum tank outlet heat insulation joint flap valve often jammed to interruption. This paper proposes improvement schemes to staircase style and cut-off type insulation baffle mechanism with cooling. It showed that transformed equipment improved the stability of the RH equipment, it could reduce the production failure rate and save the cost of production and spare parts.
