摘要
目的分析现代社会的公共文化服务体系以及在社会变迁下乡村现存的文化问题,探讨在传统文化的视野下,如何帮助地方政府转型,如何增强公众的文化自信和归属感,为公共文化服务体系提供创新可持续发展路径。方法着眼于当下,以"特色小镇"为例,分析小镇的特色服务模式和发展策略,基于理性的商业视角,分析传统文化市场,以满足公众的需求,实现区域的可持续发展。结论只有扎根于社会的现有资源,才能延续传统文化,在现代社会不断生长,才能使传统文化具有可持续生存的内在活力。同时,将数字新媒体创新置于传统文化活态传承视野下进行分析,将"传统"与"现代"共融合作,共同建设公共文化服务体系。
The work aims to analyze the public cultural service system of the modern society and the cultural problems existing in the countryside under the social change, and discuss how to help the local government to transform and how to strengthen the cultural confidence and sense of belonging of the public in the perspective of traditional culture, so as to provide the road to innovative and sustainable development for the public cultural service system. Focusing on the present, taking "featured small town" as an example, the characteristic service pattern and development strategies of the small town were analyzed; and the traditional culture market was analyzed based on the rational business perspective, so as to meet the needs of the public and realize the sustainable regional development. In conclusion, the traditional culture can sustain only by being rooted in the existing resources of the society, and have internal impetus for sustainable survival only by constantly growing in the modern society. Meanwhile, the digital new media is analyzed in the perspective of active heritage of traditional culture to jointly construct the public cultural service system based on the "traditional" and "modern" integrated cooperation.
