降低导烟除尘烟尘排放的探索与应用

摘要 为保护环境,减少烟尘排放,长期使用导烟车和除尘站,加剧了除尘翻板的形变频率。为延长除尘翻板使用寿命,对现场出现的边角变形、拱起等现象进行了分析和方案制定,成功完成了除尘翻板的技术改造工作。改造后除尘翻板的设计不足得到了解决,同时减少了更换翻板时人工和时间的投入,新改造翻板使用半年有余没有发生变形事件,并且大大降低了烟尘排放,良好的导烟除尘效果获得了很好的环境效益。 In order to protect the environment, reduce the smoke emission, the long-term use of smoke guide truck and dustremoval station, aggravated the deformation frequency of dust removal plate. In order to prolong the service life of thedust-removing plate, it is difficult to solve the difficulties, and the phenomena such as the deformation of the edges andcorners on the scene, the technical analysis, and the formulation of the plan are studied and explored, and the technicaltransformation work of the dust-removing plate is successfully completed. After the transformation, the design of the dustremoval plate was not enough to solve the problem, and at the same time it reduced the input of manpower and time whenreplacing the plate. More than half a year after the new transformation of the plate was used, no deformation incident occurred,and the soot emission was greatly reduced. The good dusting effect of smoke guide ensures the protection of environmentalprotection.
