摘要
对不同退火温度下不含Er和含Er的Al-5.2Mg-0.6Mn铝合金的组织、硬度、拉伸性能和断口形貌进行了对比分析。结果表明,在相同退火温度下,含Er铝合金的显微硬度均高于不含Er铝合金,含Er铝合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均高于不含Er铝合金。含Er铝合金相对不含Er铝合金的再结晶温度有明显提高,这主要与合金中Er元素添加后,形成了与基体保持共格或者半共格关系的纳米级Al_3Er或者Al_3(Zr,Er)粒子有关。
The microstructure, microhardness, tensile mechanical properties and fracture morphology of Al-5.2Mg-0.6Mn alloy without Er and with Er in different temperature annealing were investigated. The results show that the microhardness of Er containing aluminum alloy is higher than the without Er alloy with same temperature annealing, and the tensile strength and yield strength of Er containing alloy are also higher than the without Er Aluminum Alloy. The recrystallization temperature of Al-5.2Mg-0.6Mn alloy containing Er is obviously improved compared with without Er alloy, which is mainly related to the nano AI3Er or AI3 (Zr, Er) particles form a coherent or semi-coherent relationship with the matrix after the addition of Er element in the alloy.
