摘要
新时代特色小镇建设需要发挥绿色金融的引擎作用,依托绿色金融服务维护和发挥好特色小镇的绿色生态优势,加快绿色发展。新时代特色小镇的绿色金融发展包括绿色信贷、绿色基金、碳交易等多种模式。新时代特色小镇发展绿色金融需要完善绿色信贷政策,构建绿色激励机制;优化绿色基金环境,完善绿色价值链;创新绿色保险模式,构建风险分担机制;积极发展低碳产业,拓展碳交易项目。
The construction of the characteristic town in new era needs to play an engine role for green finance, relying on the green financial services to maintain and strengthen the green ecological advantages of the characteristic town, and to speed up the green development. The green finance of the new era characteristic town includes the green credit, green fund, carbon trading and so on. In the new era, the development of green finance of new era characteristic town needs to improve green credit policy, build green incentive mechanism, optimize green fund environment, perfect green value chain, innovate green insurance model, build risk sharing mechanism, develop low-carbon industry actively, and expand carbon trading projects.
