环氧树脂掺量对聚合物改性混凝土性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对比不同环氧树脂掺量的聚合物改性混凝土的坍落度、7 d与28 d的力学性能及28 d龄期抗渗性能,分析环氧树脂掺量与聚合物改性混凝土性能之间的关系。试验研究表明,环氧树脂会降低聚合物改性混凝土的坍落度,其抗压强度和抗折强度随环氧树脂掺量增加呈先增长后减小趋势,抗渗性随环氧树脂掺量增加呈先增长后减小趋势,最后趋于稳定的变化规律。 The relationship between the epoxy resin content and the properties of the polymer-modified concrete is analyzed by comparing the slump of the polymer-modified concrete, the mechanical strength of 7 days and 28 days, and the anti-permeability performance of 28 days in the polymer-modified concrete with different epoxy resin content. The experimental study shows that the epoxy resin content will decrease the slump of the polymer-modified concrete, and its mechanical strength decreases with the increase of epoxy resin content, and the permeability increases first and then decreases with the increase of epoxy resin content, and finally tends to a stable change.
