农业科研单位财务管理信息化系统构建——以“一体化平台-预算单位端”为例

Construction of Financial Management Information System in Agricultural Research Institutions——Taking Integrated Platform-Budget Terminal as an Example

通过对"河北财政信息系统一体化平台-预算单位端"(以下简称"一体化平台")在河北省行政事业单位的推广应用,分析了"一体化平台"在财务管理信息化中的作用。该系统在农业科研单位财务管理信息化系统构建中,目前只限于项目申报、预算编审、电子支付、会计核算、政府财务报告、资产管理阶段。该系统规划设计的全部功能模块开通后,如何更好地结合行业特性,与科研管理、项目经费使用相连接,需进一步预留端口,其功能需不断完善、更新和拓宽。

Through the popularization and application of ＂Hebei Financial Information System Integration Platform-Budget Unit terminal＂（＂Integration Platform＂） in institutions of Hebei Province, the role of Integration Platform in the informatization of financial management was evaluated in this paper. In the construction of financial management information system in agricultural scientific research institutions, the system is limited to project declaration, budget compilation and examination, electronic payment, accounting, government financial report, asset management stage.After the opening of all functional modules of the system, how to better integrate with the characteristics of the industry and connect with the management of scientific research and the use of project funds needs further reserved ports, and its functions need to be constantly improved, updated and broadened.
