浙江省农业科学院大力推进财务管理信息化,建立了适合自身特点的财务管理信息化平台,平台包含账务管理、薪酬管理、无现金支付、资产管理信息、网上远程报销、财务信息查询等系统,科研人员运用平台可随时随地实现财务网上远程报销,并能实时、全面掌握项目经费的预算执行情况,有效提高了科研单位财务服务效能和水平。推进财务管理信息化平台建设,一是要科学设计信息化平台;二是要增强各级人员运用平台的能力;三是做好平台应用的咨询服务;四是要优化与确保平台安全可靠运行。

Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences vigorously promoted financial management informationization and established a financial management information platform suitable for the unit＇s own characteristics.The platform included accounting management,compensation management,cashless payment,asset management information,online remote reimbursement,financial information inquiry and other systems.The scientific research personnel can use the platform to realize remote online reimbursement of financial websites at any time and anywhere,and can grasp the budget execution of project funds in real time and comprehensively,effectively improve the efficiency and level of financial services of scientific research units.To promote the construction of financial management information platform,first,the information platform must be scientifically designed; second,the ability of personnel at all levels to use the platform should be enhanced; third,consulting services must be good for platform applications;fourth,operation of the platform must be optimized to ensure the safe and reliable.
