摘要
连铸中间包用干式振动料是继无工作衬、绝热板、涂抹料后的第四代中间包工作衬,起着精炼钢水、洁净钢水和去除非金属夹杂等作用,具有施工方便,周转快,烘烤时间短,节能降耗等诸多优点,得到了大量的研究和广泛应用。环保型或复合型的低温结合剂代替传统的树脂结合剂,使得干式料的性能更加优异,使用更加环保;再生料的使用,降低了干式料的成本。然而,现在使用的低温和中温结合剂一般含有较多Na、P、B元素,或少量碳元素,会影响干式料的使用寿命和超低碳钢及品种钢的品质;而且干式料抗渣侵蚀渗透研究方面的理论和方法还较少,再生料应用的报道也不多。因此,总结了干式料的种类,干式料用结合剂、添加剂和再生料在干式料中应用的研究进展,并对今后干式料研究的方向和前景进行了展望。
Dry vibrating mixes are the generation lining for continuous casting tundish after working-lining free,thermal insulation board and coating mix,which have the function of refining molten steel, purifying molten steel and elimination of nonmetallic inclusion, etc. Based on their advantages, such as easy con- struction,fast turnover,short drying time,energy saving and consumption reducing,the dry vibrating mixes were widely used. Environment-friendly or composite low temperature binders take place of conventional resin binders,which gives dry mixes more outstanding properties and more environmentally friendly. Usage of reclaimed materials lowers the cost of dry mixes. While,the current low temperature and medium temperature binders contain more Na+ , phosphorus element, boron element, or a little carbon element,which influence the service life of dry mixes and quality of ultra-low carbon steel and high-grade steel. Studies of corrosion and penetration resistance of dry mixes have less theory and fewer methods,and report of reclaimed material application is also less. In this paper,the dry mixes variety,and the application of binder,additive and reclaimed materials in dry mixes were summarized, and the research direction and prospect of dry mixes in future were forecast.
