摘要
针对地方高校化工专业特色不明显,工程能力不足,职业素养欠缺,就业力较弱的现状,在CDIO模式的基础上,嵌入职业教育,建立符合工程教育要求,体现行业特色的课程体系,最终实现应用型工程人才培养,推进地方本科院校的转型发展的目标。
The obvious characteristics of chemical engineering major of local colleges and universities were not observed. The lack of engineering ability, the lack of professional attainment and weak employment embodied normally in the graduated students. On the basis of the CDIO model, the vocational education were embedded, the curriculum system that met the requirements of engineering education and the characteristics of the industry was set up. The training of applied engineering talents and the goal of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, will be realized at the end.
