摘要
为了使轧制弹跳曲线工作在线性区内,提高双辊薄带连铸带厚的控制稳定性及精度,在两结晶辊之间设置一套平衡液压缸装置。平衡缸液压系统采用了三通伺服阀控制液压缸的形式,采用功率最佳匹配原则确定了液压动力元件参数,对主要元件进行计算选型,建立平衡缸液压系统的模型。利用MATLAB仿真软件对系统模型进行了动态分析与仿真,得出了相关评价指标。最后对系统进行PID校正,取得了较好的控制效果,达到了工程上的要求。
In order to make the rolling bounce curve works in a linear region,and improve double-roll strip casting thickness control stability and accuracy between the two crystallization roller,a set of balancing hydraulic cylinder devices should be set between the two crystallizing rollers. The balance cylinders of hydraulic system are controlled by 3-way servo valves,by using the power optimal matching principle to determine the hydraulic power parameters,to calculate the main hydraulic components and to build the models of the balance cylinder hydraulic system. Then MATLAB simulation software is used to analysis and simulation the balance cylinder hydraulic system model,and obtain the relevant evaluation indexes. Finally through the calibration of PID system,a better control effect and meets the request in engineering achieve.
