对不同厚度聚酯薄膜力学性能的论证

摘要 测试一种新型塑料薄膜对几种重要力学性能的荷载,验证用户对其功能性要求的符合性,为新旧国家标准更替提供参考数据。依据国家方法标准测试各项力学性能,在标准规定的实验环境下对不同厚度的8组聚酯薄膜的力学性能进行了测试和论证。实验结果显示,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、雾度与薄膜厚度成正比关系,热收缩率、摩擦因数、光泽度、润湿张力与薄膜的厚度成反比关系。表明新型聚酯薄膜在各项试验中均表现出了良好的力学性能,为这种新型聚酯薄膜制定产品标准提供了数据支持。 The physical and mechanical properties of a new polyester film were tested to determine its rated load,to verify the compliance of the user with its functional requirements,and provide reference data for the replacement of new and old national standards. The mechanical properties of eight groups of polyester films with different thickness were tested and demonstrated under the standard experiment environment according to the national standard. The experimental results showed that tensile strength,extention and haze were proportional to the thickness of the films,and hot-shrinkage rate,friction coefficient,gloss and wetting tension were inversely proportional to the thickness of the films. The results showed that the new polyester films showed good physical and mechanical properties in various experiments. The experimental data were provided and support the development about product standard of the new polyester film.
