摘要
高精度微纳磨床由于其高精度设备所要求的高温度场控制要求,温度场的均匀性将对微纳磨床加工的精度有着直接影响,而送风温度是控制温度场的关键。因此文中将着重通过FLUENT模拟送风速度对高精度微纳磨床的加工面温度场的影响,以期获得在微纳磨床运行过程中温度调节控制的一些运行建议。
To meet the high-precise machining requirement of the Nano-Grinder,temperature-controlled should be done strictly during the operation. Especially temperature uniformity has a direct impact on the operation precision. Supply air velocity should be one of the most important facts of them. That is why in this essay we pay attention to how supply air velocity affected the temperature of working surface. We hope it could give some suggestions on operation of nano-grinder through FLUENT simulation and also improve the temperature-control of working surface.
