摘要
目的分析三明治教学法在麻醉科临床见习教学中的应用效果和价值。方法选取进入我院麻醉科及临床见习的学生92名作为研究对象。在研究过程中,将学生分为实验组(44人)与对照组(48人)。对照组学生临床见习中采用常规的教学方法,而实验组学生则采取的三明治教学法进行教学,比较分析两组学生的带教效果,调查其教学满意度。结果实验组学生的考试成绩高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组带教后有利于提高学习兴趣、有利于临床思维的培养、促进临床沟通能力及促进团队合作能力有利学生数,多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论麻醉科临床见习带教中应用三明治教学法,能够有效的提升学生的临床见习效果和教学满意度,其对于学生能力的提升及长远发展具有一定的促进作用。
Objective To analyze the application effect and value of sandwich teaching method in clinical probation teaching in anesthesiology department. Methods 92 students who were admitted to the anesthesiology department and clinical internship of our hospital were selected as the research objects. During the study, the students were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. 44 students in the experimental group and 48 students in the control group were enrolled in the study. The teaching method was used to carry out the teaching. The teaching efect of the two groups was compared and the teaching satisfaction was investigated. Results The test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P〈0.05). After the experimental group was taught, it would help to improve the interest of learning, help the cultivation of clinical thinking, promote clinical communication skills and promote teamwork. The number of students with favorable ability was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The sandwich teaching method in clinical probation teaching in anesthesiology department can efectively improve students' clinical probation efect and teaching satisfaction, and it has a certain role in promoting students' ability and long-term development.
