探析妇产科临床中阴道流血的临床中西医联合治疗措施

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Vaginal Bleeding in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨中西医联合治疗应用在妇产科患者中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的妇产科阴道流血患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,即对照组与试验组。对照组患者接受西医治疗,试验组患者除了接受对照组患者的西医治疗外,还接受中医治疗。对两组妇产科阴道流血患者接受治疗后并发症与治疗效果状况展开比较。结果试验组妇科阴道流血患者的临床总有效率为84.0%,对照组妇科阴道流血患者总有效率为52.0%,两组患者总有效率比较,试验组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.503 7,P=0.033 8)。结论中西医联合治疗应用在妇产科患者中的临床效果显著,有助于改善患者临床治疗效果,降低患者的并发症的出现。

Objective To explore the clinical efect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in obstetrics and gynecology patients. Methods A total of 50 patients with vaginal bleeding from obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. In addition to the Western medicine treatment of the control group, the patients in the experimental group were also treated with Chinese medicine. The complications and treatment effects of the two groups of vaginal bleeding patients in the obstetrics and gynecology were compared. Results The total efective rate of gynecological vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was 84.0%. The total efective rate of gynecological vaginal bleeding in the control group was 52.0%. The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The χ2 value was 4.503 7 and the P value was 0.033 8. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of combined Chinese and Western medicine in obstetrics and gynecology patients is significant, which can improve the clinical treatment efect and reduce the complications of patients.
