Hypoxia-Inducible Factors (HIFs) are stress and are the main driving force for cells to adapt a class of regulators that mediate cellular adaptation to hypoxia to hypoxia. HIFs are highly expressed in a variety of cancer cells, and transcriptionally regulate a large number of gene expression, thereby enhancing the adaptability of cancer cells to the malignanl t microenvironment of tumors, and participating in the occurrence and development of tumors. At present, HIFs have become the target of new cancer therapeutic drugs. This review covers the involvement of hypoxia-inducible factors in tumor angiogenesis, metabolism, proliferation, and their related target genes.
