博物馆与高校的合作要有良好的合作基础,同时在具体合作实践过程中要建立良好有效的机制与模式,形成良性循环。首都博物馆与北京联合大学长期以来在实践课程教学、学生专业实习与实践、实验中心建设、学术与科研、毕业生就业等方面进行了具体的合作实践,取得了成果,并通过实践探索馆校合作的机制与模式。博物馆和高校要根据自身的特色,探索适合双方共赢互利的合作机制与模式。

The cooperation between museums and universities needs a good foundation. Meanwhile, an effective mechanism also plays a significant role in the cooperation process. Cooperation between the Capital Museum and Beijing Union University had great achievement in practice course teaching, students＇ academic practice, laboratory construction, academic studies and research, and the employment of graduates. Through these methods, the cooperation model and mechanism between museums and universities have been explored. Museums and universities should develop win-win cooperation model for both sides based on their own characteristics.
