摘要
开发了锅炉物联网远程监测系统,具备传感检测、信号采集、数据转换、远程传输、平台运算、在线监测、报警显示及诊断处置等功能。为评判该系统在线分析指导功能是否具有节能效果,本文选取了两台安装该系统的在用锅炉,进行了节能调整对比试验。通过对试验结果数据分析,可得出:该系统实时数据分析功能有效地指导司炉工运行操作,具有节能效果。其中,燃气锅炉排烟温度从123℃降低至108℃,排烟氧量从8. 5%降低至2. 7%,热效率提高了3. 40%;燃煤/生物质锅炉排烟温度从168℃降低至167℃,排烟氧量从18%降低至15%,热效率提高了7. 57%。该系统已在49台在用工业锅炉上试点运行,依据系统在线监测数据,并结合锅炉经济运行调整及技术改造,燃油/气锅炉整体热效率平均提高2. 97%,燃煤/生物质锅炉平均提高5. 08%,燃煤/生物质锅炉节能效果更为明显。
The boiler IOT remote monitoring system has been developed in this paper.It has the functions of sensor detection,signal acquisition,data conversion,remote transmission,platform operation,online monitoring,alarm display and diagnosis and disposal.In order to judge whether the online analysis guidance function of the system has energy saving effect,two boilers installed in the system are selected to carry out energy saving adjustment contrast test.Through the analysis of the experimental data,it can be concluded that real time data analysis function of the system can effectively guide the boiler operator energy-saving operation.Gas boiler flue gas temperature is reduced from 123℃ to 108℃,the oxygen content in the flue gas decreased from 8. 5% to 2. 7%,the thermal efficiency improved by 3. 40%.Coal/biomass boiler flue gas temperature is reduced from 168℃ to 167℃,the oxygen content in the flue gas decreased from18% to 15%,the thermal efficiency increased by 7. 57%.At present,the system has been run on 49 industrial boilers.The overall thermal efficiency of oil/gas boiler increased an average of 2. 97% and coal/biomass boiler increased an average of 5. 08%,according to the data of online monitoring system,combined with the boiler economic operation adjustment and technological transformation.The energy saving effect of coal/biomass boiler is more obvious.
