摘要
大学生在课堂中出现的较为常见的迟到、逃课、与教学无关的各种行为被多数文献称为"越轨"行为。本文以互动理论为分析框架对其进行了探析,发现"越轨"行为将学生客体化和非法化,遮蔽了教学质量的真正根源,学生表达的是对失败的或低品质的课堂互动的抵制或抛弃。本质上,学生在课堂微观情境中所体现出来的是宏观社会的变迁症候,但大学对这种变迁的反应相对麻木及滞后。大学只有积极应对变迁带来的挑战,通过重构"教学剧场"、改善文化资本的供应和提升情感能量来消除课堂情境中的互动障碍,才能从源头上解决高等教育质量问题。
All kinds of students' behaviors in the classroom, such as being late, truancy, having nothing to do with the teaching which have been named as deviant behaviors by most of literature.Based on the theory of interaction, this paper has carried systematically on them and found that it made the students objectified and illegal so as to cover up the real root of teaching quality.What the students express is to resistance or abandonment of failed or low-quality classroom interactions. The students perform in the micro-class situation is on earth the changes symptoms of macro-social environment. But universities are numb and slow to these changes. Universities are only actively respond to the challenges of change so as to solve the quality problem of education from the origin through reconstructing the 'theater', improving the supply of cultural capital and enhancing the emotional energy to eliminate the interaction barriers in the classroom situation.
