米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的:评价及分析米非司酮在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:本文参加试验分析的数据来自2013年10月-2014年12月接受临床治疗的70例子宫内膜息肉患者,予以分组的方法是依据入院单双号,每组入组35例,宫腔镜电切手术治疗应用于参照组,宫腔镜电切手术结合米非司酮治疗应用于试验组,观察并统计两组患者的月经恢复规律合计率、术后1年复发合计率。结果:参照组患者的月经恢复规律合计率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),参照组患者的术后1年复发合计率高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜息肉患者采用米非司酮治疗呈现较优应用效果。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Mifepristone in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Method：The data from the experimental analysis of 70 patients with endometrial polyp received clinical treatment from October 2013 to December 2014 were obtained.The method of grouping was based on admission single double number,one group of 35 cases,hysteroscopic electrotomy for the reference group,hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Mifepristone were applied to the experimental group.The total recovery rate of menstrual cycle and the total recurrence rate after 1 year were observed and statistically analyzed in 2 groups.Result：The total rate of menstrual recovery in the reference group was lower than the experimental group（P〈0.05）,and the 1 year recurrence rate of the patients in the reference group was higher than the experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps.
