学生党支部作为高校党的最基层组织,是党的方针政策在高校中最基层的贯彻者和施者,是党和广大学生联系的桥梁和纽带,是党在高校这一阵地上的重要堡垒。建立健全学生基层党组织,要以提高思想认识为根本,充分发挥理论武装头脑的重要作用;以加强支部建设为内容,充分发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用;以促进学生健康成长为目标,充分发挥党员先锋模范作用。
