Nudged Classroom: A New Innovative Path of Classroom Management

摘要 塞勒的经济助推理论对课堂与管理之间的矛盾处置具有重要启示意义,它使助推成为继纪律与德育之后的第三种课堂管理力量。助推式课堂运作的原理是:由教师借助一切可以影响学生行动方向的情景因素,重构学生课堂行动的"选择架构",促使其自然做出符合课堂管理意图的预期行动。其中,基于"选择架构"的课堂行为塑造是助推式课堂的核心机制。而要迈向助推式课堂,就需释放生存危机信号、暴露关键信息、善用默认机制、制造压力氛围与突出重要选项等。 Thaler's Nudge Theory in Economy has important implications for us to deal with the contradiction between classroom and management. Nudge is the third force following discipline management and moral education. It is the principle behind the Nudged Classroom that teachers can reconstruct choice architecture of student's classroom activities by means of all the situational factors which help change the students' acting trends. From this way we can help the student act according to the classroom manger's expectation naturally. Shaping behavior is Nudge Classroom's key mechanism on the base of choice architecture. There are many ways toward Nudge Classroom, which are emitting existential crisis signals, exposing key information, utilizing default mechanism, creating an atmosphere of pressure and highlighting the important options.
