摘要
某10 k V线路检修工作完成后,合闸送电时,线路出口电流保护动作开关跳闸。经多方面调查分析,确定为变压器空载合闸励磁涌流所致。针对这一问题,提出了配电网结构改造,按照全线路用电负荷进行合理安装线路分段开关,实现逐级延时送电,减少了一次合闸送电容量,大幅降低了励磁涌流,提高了供电的可靠性。
After the completion of 10 k V line maintenance,the line outlet current protection tripping occurs when the power was closed. Through investigation and analysis in many aspects,it was determined that the inrush current caused by no-load closing of transformer was the reason of tripping. In order to solve this problem,it is put forward that the structure of distribution network should be reformed,and the circuit segment switch can be reasonably installed according to the power load of the whole line. The stage by stage delay power transmission can be realized. The capacity of primary closing power transmission can be reduced,and the inrush current of excitation will be greatly reduced. The reliability of power supply is improved.
