环境工程专业本科生产实习促就业的改革探索

Exploration on Reform of Employment Practice for Environmental Engineering Specialty Graduation Practice

针对我校环境工程专业实习效果进行问卷调查,以及同实习的学生、实习单位管理和技术负责人、实习带队老师等关于实习促就业的问题进行座谈,分析了生产实习存在的问题,结合本校环境工程专业特点及学生培养的目标,从实习基地建设、教师实践能力提高、个性化实习单位安排、实习过程导师制和拓展实习基地类型五个方面提出了生产实习促就业的改革措施。

A questionnaire survey was carried out on the effectiveness of the graduation practice of Environmental Engineering, as well as discussion methods with the students, the intern technical management personnel and led teachers to promote employment. The problems in practice were analyzed, and combined with the characteristics of Environmental Engineering profession and training objectives, the reform measures of practice and employment promotion were put forward in five aspects： the practice base construction, the improvement of teachers practical abilities, the arrangement of individualized practice, the mentoring system for practice and the expansion of practice bases.
