摘要
膜污染导致膜渗透通量下降,严重制约了膜技术的广泛使用。目前,主要采用膜改性、膜清洗、膜前预处理等形式控制膜污染。流体流动形态的改变也可以有效控制膜污染。文章综述了改变流体流动形态控制膜污染的四种方法包括旋转管式膜、两相流操作、湍流促进器、脉冲流,提出了间歇进料方法对减少膜污染具有一定的可行性。
Due to membrane fouling that resulting in the decrease of permeation flux, membrane technology has been seriously restricted for the wide application. Up to now, membrane fouling is mainly controlled by membrane modification, membrane cleaning and membrane pretreatment. Besides, membrane fouling can also be effectively controlled by changing fluid flow pattern in terms of using rotary tubular membrane, two phase flow operation, turbulence booster and pulse flow, which was reviewed in this paper. At last, the application feasibility of using intermittent shunting feed to control membrane fouling was suggested.
