摘要
为了应对智能变电站远方集中监控模式的大量远传信号检验工作,就提出了基于模拟技术的智能变电站运动信息的快速校验方法。将遥信信息作为例子,通过遥信报文信息中的SOE时间标志位中的相应调控信息对象地址,通过仿真软件对智能变电站中的间隔层装置站内遥信变位信号进行模拟,此信号使地址信息通过运动装置进行接收,然后转换成为104规约报文到主站中转发,主站根据信息对象地址和SOE时间数值的一致性对相应的运动信号判断,以此确定运动装置信息转换的正确性。最后对此方法进行检测,表示此方法和常规人工校核方式对比具有较大的使用优势。
In order to cope with the large number of remote signal inspection of remote centralized monitoring mode in intelligent substation,a fast checking method based on Simulation Technology for intelligent substation information is proposed. The tele information is used as an example. Through the corresponding control information object address in the SOE time mark bit of the telegram message,the tele signal in the interval layer device station in the intelligent substation is simulated by the simulation software. The signal makes the address information receive through the motion device and then converts into the 104 protocol. The message is forwarded to the main station,and the main station determines the corresponding motion signal according to the consistency of the information object address and the SOE time value,in order to determine the correctness of the motion device information conversion. Finally,the method is tested,which shows that this method has great advantage compared with the conventional manual checking method.
