经济型鼻窦球囊在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术中的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of economical paranasal sinus saccule in functional endoscopic sinus surgery

目的评估经济型鼻窦球囊在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术中的临床疗效和安全性。方法 90例需进行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用传统鼻窦球囊联合鼻内镜进行手术,观察组采用经济型鼻窦球囊联合鼻内镜进行手术。观察比较两组手术前后的LundMackay鼻窦CT评分和鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分。结果术后6个月及术后1年,两组患者的Lund-Mackay鼻窦CT评分均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前、术后6个月及术后1年,两组患者的Lund-Mackay鼻窦CT评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组术后1年的SNOT-20评分分别为(8.00±3.05)、(8.00±3.22)分,均低于术前的(42.50±3.42)、(41.00±3.77)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前及术后1年,两组患者的SNOT-20评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术中应用经济型鼻窦球囊不仅能达到与传统鼻窦球囊相同的手术效果,还能减少手术费用、减轻患者负担,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of economical paranasal sinus saccule in functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients who required functional endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was received traditional paranasal sinus saccule combined with endoscopic sinus surgery, the observation group was received economical paranasal sinus saccule combined with endoscopic sinus surgery. The Lund-Mackay paranasal sinus scale and nasal sinus outcome test-20 （snot-20） score before and after surgery between the two groups were compared. Results The Lund-Mackay paranasal sinus scale of the two groups after 6 months and 1 year of surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in Lund-Mackay sinus CT score between the two groups before surgery, 6 months and 1 year after surgery （P〉0.05）. The SNOT-20 scores of the observation group and the control group after 1 year of surgery were （8.00±3.05） scores and （8.00±3.22） scores respectively, which were significantly lower than （42.50± 3.42） scores and （41.00±3.77） scores before surgery, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the SNOT-20 scores between the two groups before surgery and after 1 year of surgery （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of economical paranasal sinus saccule in functional endoscopic sinus surgery can not only achieve the same effect as traditional paranasal sinus saccule, but also reduce the surgery cost and ease the burden of patients, it is worthy of application widely.
