榜样教育在青年医务人员中的实践

Practice on Model Education of Young Medical Staff

目的探索榜样教育在青年医务人员中行之有效的方式。方法通过"专家访谈"、"青年访谈"和"青年评选"的方式,选取老一辈优秀的宣医人作为典范型榜样、青年一代的领跑者作为示范型榜样、身边朋辈的优秀青年作为样板型榜样。构建多层次、多角度、多形式、多种宣传方式的全时段、全方位、立体交叉式榜样教育模式。结果青年工作积极性提高、利他行为参与度提高、患者满意度提高。结论榜样教育作为一种常用常新的教育方式,可以有效引导青年医务人员思想向上、调动青年医务人员工作积极性、改善服务质量、提高业务水平。

Objective To explore effective ways of model education in young medical staff. MethodsThrough interviews by “experts”, “youth” and “young persons”, select the older generation of Xuan Wu hospital as a model for example, the young generation of leader as a demonstration example, side peer＇s potential youth as a sample type example. We constructed a multi-level, multi-angle, multi-form, multi-mode, all-time, all-directional, three-dimensional intersection model education. Results The work enthusiasm of young medical staff, the intention to join in public welfare behavior and the degree of patient satisfaction were raised. Conclusion Model education as a kind of commonly used but always fresh education, which can effectively lead the young medical staff to positive thinking, arouse the work enthusiasm of youth medical staff, improve the service quality, and improve the professional skills.
