摘要
河南是我国的畜牧业大省,其产生的经济效益推动了全省经济的发展。然而肉制品质量问题的频发,引起了全社会的高度关注。肉类质量安全可追溯体系能保证肉类食品的质量安全,如果其成功建立,可以加大对肉类产品的监督力度、维护消费者的知情权,进而提高河南省肉类食品的国际竞争力。详述了国内外肉类产品可追溯体系的发展历程、现状,分析了肉类产品的质量问题和原因,以及建立可追溯体系的作用,为河南省肉类产品质量安全的监督检查工作提供有益参考。
Henan was a large animal husbandry province in China, and its economic benefits promoted the economic development of the whole province. However, the frequent occurrence of quality problems in the meat products had attracted high attention from the whole society. The quality and safety traceability system of the meat could ensure the quality and safety of meat food. If it was successfully established, it could increase the supervision strength of meat products, and it could protect consumers" right to know. The international competitiveness of meat food in Henan province was improved. The development history and current status of the traceability system of meat products at home and abroad were amplified, and the quality problems and causes of meat products were analyzed, and the role of the traceability system was established. It provided a useful reference for the supervision and inspection of the quality and safety of meat products in Henan province.
