延续性精准护理在伴有复发性流产史的高龄早期先兆流产患者中的应用

Application of continuous precision nursing in older early threatened abortion patients with recurrent abortion history

目的探讨延续性精准护理在伴有复发性流产史的高龄早期先兆流产患者中的应用。方法将200例伴有复发性流产史的高龄早期先兆流产患者采用完全随机化方法分为参考组(100例,常规院内护理+常规延续性护理)和精准组(100例,常规院内护理+延续性精准护理)。比较两组患者护理前、后的保胎知识认知评分、流产率及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的保胎知识认知评分均明显高于护理前,且精准组高于参考组(P<0.05);护理期间精准组不明原因的流产率和明确原因的流产率均低于参考组(P<0.05);精准组的护理满意度明显高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论对伴有复发性流产史的高龄早期先兆流产患者实施延续性精准护理不仅能改善患者的保胎知识认知情况,而且可降低流产率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of continuous precision nursing in older early threatened abortionpatients with recurrent abortion history. Methods A total of 200 cases of older early threatened abortion patients withrecurrent abortion history were divided into reference group （100 cases, routine hospital nursing＋routine continuation nursing）and precision group （100 cases, routine hospital nursing ＋ continuous precision nursing） according to the completerandomization method. The cognitive scores of knowledge of fetus conservation, abortion rates and satisfaction of nursing inthe two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the cognitive scores of knowledge of fetusconservation in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and those in the precision group werehigher than the reference group （P〈0.05）. The explained abortion rate and the unexplained abortion rate of the precision groupwere lower than those of the reference group（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the precision group was significantly higherthan that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous precision nursing for older early threatened abortionpatients with recurrent abortion history can not only improve the cognition of fetal protection knowledge, but also decrease theabortion rate and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
